Associate and Paralegal

Mallal & Namazie, a boutique firm with a long history is looking for motivated individuals to join our practice as an Associate/ Paralegal.

The Associate will assist the Partners of the firm in general civil litigation and/or matrimonial matters.

The Paralegal will assist to provide administrative support to the lawyers.

The candidate for the Associate position should have/ be:

·       Minimally 2 years’ PQE;

·       Keen interest in or familiar with civil/ commercial disputes and matrimonial matters;

·       Excellent drafting skills;

·       Able to work independently and autonomously as well as part of a team;

·       Effective time-management skills, organizational skills coupled with the ability to be detail-oriented.

The candidate for the Paralegal position should have/ be:

·       A Diploma in Law or equivalent qualification/ experience;

·       High degree of attention to detail and excellent management skills;

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

·       Able to work independently and autonomously as well as part of a team;

·       and

·       Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
