Associate (Real Estate Department)

Description

We are looking for an Associate with 2 to 5 years' PQE in Corporate Real Estate. The successful applicant's designation will be commensurate with his/her relevant experience.

You will be part of our team of transactional real estate lawyers who are involved in  acquisitions, disposals, leasing (acting for both building owners and tenants) and financing of different real estate asset classes such as commercial, industrial, hospitality and residential properties. Our stable of clients include REITS, funds, developers, banks and high net worth individuals who transact through various methods including M&A transactions, tendering for government land sale sites and collective purchases.

The successful candidate will be involved in due diligence exercises, drafting, negotiations, advisory and structuring work. Experience in corporate real estate transactions would be an advantage and those with conveyancing, litigation and/or corporate experience will be considered.
