Associate / Senior Associate (Corporate Real Estate)

Description

Shook Lin & Bok LLP, a leading Singapore law firm with an Asian presence and global reach, is looking for dynamic and motivated associates to join its expanding Corporate Real Estate practice.

Candidates should have 1 - 4 years PQE. More senior applicants should have relevant legal practice experience in advising on a broad range of real estate and real estate financing transactions.

We are looking for team players with keen interest in the real estate sector and dedication to excellence and client service.

Candidates can expect to develop transactional practice skills in a fast-paced, collegiate environment, and work on headline deals, including a broad range of real estate-related direct / indirect property acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, M&A, financing transactions, commercial leasing and real estate advisory work.
