Corporate:

We are seeking to hire 2 competent candidates immediately. Ideally 1 Director or Senior Associate, and 1 Associate. Experience in M&A/Capital Markets/Funds work preferred. We'd be happy to guide & train a junior associate if he/she might be interested in corporate practice.

Litigation: 

We are looking for an experienced litigation lawyer (Director level) to join us! We have ongoing High Court matters.

Consultants:

We welcome experienced lawyers who would like to mentor a dynamic team of lawyers / keep their overheads lean whilst leveraging on our Firm's infrastructure. 

Our preferred candidates:

(i)                  2^nd Upper Class Honours

(ii)                Resourceful with excellent research skills

(iii)               Keen to get good exposure in a dynamic mid-sized firm

(iv)               Resilient and responsible to get the work done properly

(v)                 Skilled in using Microsoft Word

(vi)               Able to speak fluent Chinese (preferred, not mandatory)

(vii)             Have a strong command of the English language
