Description

I.N.C. Law LLC is looking for an associate with 4-5 years' PQE in general corporate and commercial work. The firm is associated with Luther LLP, the Singapore arm of Luther Law Firm, Germany. I.N.C. Law and Luther have been working closely for the past several years and have submitted an application to form a Formal Law Alliance. The successful candidate will be engaged in both advisory and transactional work, domestic as well as cross-border, for predominantly European clients with a Singapore presence, in areas such as agency and distribution, licensing, employment, consultancy, joint ventures, acquisitions, amalgamations, private equity, corporate finance, corporate governance and compliance.
