Key Responsibilities include :

*Draft and review legal documents, including shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and restructuring plans

*Represent clients in negotiations, disputes, and transactions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations

*Work collaboratively with clients and other legal teams to address complex legal issues and provide solutions that meet clients' business objectives

*Keep up to date with developments in corporate and commercial law to ensure the firm's advice remains cutting-edge
