Wee Swee Teow LLP is looking for a partner to join its corporate and commercial practice.

We are a full-service medium-sized firm with a long and reputable history.

We are looking for interested candidates who: 

• Have at least 10 years PQE in Singapore handling a wide spectrum of corporate work such as corporate finance, M&A, JV, shares and business sale transactions, corporate restructuring, venture capital funds, incorporation of companies, family office, etc 

• Possess entrepreneurial and leadership skills to develop the corporate practice 

• Have their own book of business with capacity to take on referred work 

• Embrace a warm, friendly and diligent work culture
