We provide high-quality legal services on complex cross-border issues and were involved in the development of the jurisprudence on litigation funding. In contentious matters, we are engaged in international arbitration work around the region.

We have argued significant multi-million dollar cross-border commercial, construction and insolvency proceedings both in the Singapore High Court and the Singapore International Commercial Court. We also represent high-profile clients in defamation suits.
