The Candidate

We are looking to hire a Singapore-law qualified Associate or Senior Associate to join our Banking & Finance team, which is part of our wider Corporate Practice. The successful candidate will be working with our Banking & Finance Partner and her team.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years' experience in the area of Banking & Finance. Applicants who have relevant experience in general Corporate Practice, but are keen to move into Banking & Finance Practice, are welcome to apply.

Role and Responsibilities

Providing legal advisory services on:-

·       banking and finance matters, including general bank lending, acquisition financing, syndicated lending and bond issuances; and

·       private mergers and acquisitions, including fundraising, acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters.

Key Skills, Attributes and Experience

·       Singapore-law qualified lawyer with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience

·       Solid foundation in legal knowledge

·       Keen attention to detail

·       Possesses the initiative to drive transactions

·       Able to work as a team to complete transactions

·       Strong drafting skills
