Description

We are a boutique Law Firm looking for a paralegal to:

·           to assist in the areas of Family Law, Civil, Commercial Law Practice, Criminal Law, Probate and Estate Matters, and General Solicitors’ Work ie Wills and Power of Attorney;

·           to assist the lawyers in drafting the pleadings for a case, and preparation of Affidavits and standard documents ie Summons and Originating Summons and Writs, Divorce Papers, Probate and LA Papers, Representations, Mitigation Pleas etc.
