Description

BR Law Corporation requires secretary and administrative assistant in the Conveyancing department.

 

Secretary

 

1.   At least 2 years’ experience in Conveyancing.

2.   Preferably familiar with handling HDB, private resale and/or BUC transactions.

3.   Able to prepare documents for all conveyancing matters independently.

4.   Good command of spoken and written English.

6.   Meticulous, well organized and good work attitude.

7.   Able to work independently as well as in a team.

 

Administrative Assistant

 

1.    Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.  Preferably with relevant experience.

2.    Good command of spoken and written English.

3.    Good work attitude with initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills.

4.    Meticulous, well organized and good work attitude.

5.    Able to work independently as well as in a team.
