Senior Associate

Description

Terra Law is looking to hire a Senior Associate in the Corporate Real Estate Practice.

The candidate should possess the following skills:

• at least 5 years relevant experience in handling transactions involving the sale and purchase of both residential and non-residential land, JTC, URA and other government land, company share sale & purchase for the ultimate acquisition of property assets, developers work and landlord and tenant work. Candidates with experience in collective sale transactions will have an advantage
• knowledge in the relevant legislation and rules on property law, stamp and conveyance duties and code of conduct in retail leasing.
• Candidates with knowledge of the laws on the collective sale regime will also have an advantage.
• able to handle files competently and work independently
• strong command of spoken and written English
• fluency in spoken Mandarin will have advantage
• team player, meticulous and well-organised
