Practice Training Contract

Emerald Law LLC invites applications for training contracts for trainees to join our growing Civil and Commercial Department for 2024 and 2025. 

As a trainee in our Civil and Commercial Department, you will be exposed to a broad range of civil and commercial matters for both contentious and non contentious matters including disputes and transactional/advisory work in a positive working environment with opportunities to develop professionally under close guidance.

Matters you will be involved in will include High Court civil disputes and corporate matters such as the sale and purchase of shares and company financing. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our clients under the guidance of our lawyers to achieve their commercial objectives through effective legal solutions. 

Trainees must be from a recognised university and be keen to take on a career as a practicing lawyer in the future.
