At Peter Ong Law Corporation, we pride ourselves on developing future legal leaders through mentorship and structured training programs that adhere to SILE guidelines. Practice Trainees actively contribute to various matters and participate in regular training sessions, with opportunities to explore different practice areas.
Starting in January 2025, the 12-month training contract may include rotations across different departments. Trainees will be supervised by a senior lawyer and work closely with our team, gaining both technical skills and soft skills.
Beyond work, our Firm offers plenty of opportunities to engage in social activities, which are a key part of our culture.
