The Banking & Finance Department of Lee & Lee LLP is seeking Senior Associates to join the team.

About the Team

The team is led by Louise Tan, an established banking and finance lawyer, with over 40 years of legal experience.

Louise has been named by Chambers as one of the leading experts in Singapore in banking and finance and by Asia Business Law Journal in its list of Singapore’s top 100 lawyers (2019).

The team has an  impressive client list, including major banks and financial  institutions in Singapore, international financial institutions and law firms, as well as listed companies and REITs. For banking and finance, it is ranked as a band 3 firm on Chambers and a tier 3 firm on IFLR1000. The team has strong expertise in real estate and high proficiency in property and construction project financing, as well as REIT financing.

Requirements for applicants

Applicants must be called to the Singapore bar, preferably have 3 to 6 years PQE in doing banking and finance work.

Applicants are expected to have a strong sense of responsibility, be self-motivated and independant, and also be a good team player.

Applicants should be conversant with the law, and thorough and meticulous in their approach to work.

Applicants, if employed, will work closely with the senior partner and partners in a supportive work environment, and have the opportunity to hone their banking and finance practice and develop their strategic thinking.
