CONVEYANCING EXECUTIVE

Description

We are looking for dynamic, motivated and dedicated staff to join our Conveyancing team:

CPF TEAM POSITION:

Conveyancing Executive (2 position)

To handle conveyancing matters with experience in CPF works for both private and HDB properties and preparation of documentation on an independent basis.

To handle e-lodgement

Possess a good command of spoken and written English

Well-organised and able to deliver work within the required time frame

A team player

Minimum requirement of at least 2 years experience for the Conveyancing Executive

HDB TEAM:

Conveyancing Executive

To handle conveyancing matters with experience in HDB works relating to HDB properties and preparation of documentation on an independent basis.

To handle e-lodgement

Possess a good command of spoken and written English

Well-organised and able to deliver work within the required time frame

A team player

Minimum requirement of at least 2 years experience for the Conveyancing Executive

LEGAL SUPPORT TEAM:

Junior Support Staff

To assist the Conveyancing department in support and administrative work

Well-organised and able to deliver work within the required time frame

Possess a good command of spoken and written English

Ability to work well and integrate with an existing legal support team
