CONVEYANCING EXECUTIVE (CPF TEAM)

Description

We are looking for dynamic, motivated and dedicated staff to join our Conveyancing CPF team:

Conveyancing Executive for CPF Team

To handle conveyancing matters with experience in CPF works for both private and HDB properties and preparation of documentation on an independent basis.

To handle e-lodgement

Possess a good command of spoken and written English

Well-organised and able to deliver work within the required time frame

A team player

Minimum requirement of at least 3 years’ experience for the Senior Conveyancing Executive

Junior Support Staff for CPF Team

To assist the Conveyancing department in support and administrative work

Well-organised and able to deliver work within the required time frame

Possess a good command of spoken and written English

Ability to work well and integrate with our Conveyancing Team.
