Junior Legal Associate (Real Estate)

Description

We are looking to hire a junior-level to mid-level Singapore qualified Associate (1 -3 PQE) to join the Real Estate team at CHP Law LLC.

Requirements

• Proven conveyancing experience across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Proficient in drafting real estate documents (e.g., SPAs, OTPs, leases, and tenancy agreements).
• Experienced in mortgage financing, loan documentation, and liaising with banks.
• Familiar with development projects and under-construction property sales.
• Strong knowledge of stamp duty regulations, including ABSD remissions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Client-focused and highly organized in fast-paced environments.
