- SENIOR ASSOCIATES/JUNIOR PARTNERS – Litigation (Dispute Resolution)
The team is regularly engaged in cross border commercial dispute resolution matters involving international clients and, in particular, in the Asia Pacific region.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore
- 5 to 19 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with solid exposure in litigation and/or arbitration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, meticulous and motivated.
- Ability to manage complex and high value litigation and arbitration matters independently and as a team.
- Able to read and communicate in Chinese would be an added advantage but proficiency in business or legal Chinese is not required.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
- ASSOCIATES/SENIOR ASSOCIATES – Corporate Advisory
We have a robust practice in corporate M&A, general corporate advisory and commercial contracts. We pride ourselves on delivering commercially astute and innovative legal solutions to a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on a diverse range of matters under the umbrella of global mobility, covering the movement of business, assets and human capital to providing advice on corporate restructuring and relocation of manpower.
- Support the relevant partner on selected technology services engagements
- Provide legal advice and draft, review and assist with negotiations on a wide array of corporate and commercial documentation
- Support the corporate partners on a diverse portfolio of domestic and cross-border transactions from inception to completion.

Job Requirements
- Qualification: Duly admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
- Experience: A proven track record of 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) gained with a reputable law firm, with demonstrable expertise in:
- Employment Law
- Commercial Contracts
- Corporate M&A
- General Corporate Advisory
- Legal Acumen: Proficiency in contract drafting, good negotiation skills and legal research capabilities across complex corporate and commercial legal issues.
- Autonomy: Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently and autonomously, under tight timelines.
- Work Ethic: A strong capability in thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, consistently delivering high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail and good time management.
- Professional Attributes: Highly self-motivated, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a positive, collaborative attitude that contributes positively to our team.
- Commercial Savviness: Possesses sound and pragmatic commercial judgment and the ability to provide practical, business-focused advice to clients.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is considered advantageous, especially for client interactions.
