Gateway Law is a regional legal practice focusing on intellectual property, corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution and real estate matters. We are looking for secretaries to provide secretarial support to our Lawyers. The candidates should meet the following requirements:-

• Minimum 5 'O' Level passes including English
• Able to speak and write fluent English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
• Able to work independently but willing to take instruction
• Good team player, and willing to work extra hours if required and if directed by supervisor
• Prior relevant experience (IP and Litigation) will be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and able to manage time well
• Must be able to start immediately/soon
