We are Hiring! – Associate (Shipping, 0–2 PQE)

Incisive Law LLC is seeking a driven and capable associate with 0 to 2 years’ PQE (preferable if there is prior experience in shipping) to join Augustine Liew’s team.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates initiative, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent research, drafting, and file management skills, and be comfortable taking ownership of litigation files from end to end.

Role & Responsibilities (Shipping – Augustine Liew’s Team): ·       

• 0–2 years’ PQE, admitted to the Singapore Bar        
• Prior experience in shipping (preferable but not mandatory)        
• Manage the day-to-day conduct of contentious shipping matters      
• Draft, review, and file court documents
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis       
• Appear in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings  
• Attend and lead client meetings      
• Provide strategic advice and case updates to clients   
• Must be based in Singapore
