Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and in alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide accurate legal advice.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and other relevant legal correspondence.
- Manage client relationships and provide responsive and effective communication throughout the legal process.
- Work closely with a supportive team led by a senior lawyer.
