The Role

We are seeking a driven Legal Associate to join our Real Estate Practice. Working alongside our Director, who will be guiding you along your journey, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of transactions across an established portfolio.

The role requires the capacity to navigate the full spectrum of Singapore property law: from residential sales and purchases to complex commercial transactions for entities. You will be expected to manage a high-volume portfolio with meticulous accuracy while maintaining the curated, high-touch service that defines our firm.

The Profile

• Qualifications: Advocate & Solicitor (Singapore Bar) with 0–4 years of PQE in Real Estate/Conveyancing.
• Competency: A diverse thinker capable of managing significant volume with meticulous accuracy and professional maturity.
• Character: A professional who values teamwork and the human element behind every legal matter.
