Lee Shergill LLP specialises in medical negligence, personal injury, workplace injuries, insurance disputes and general litigation and we are looking for dependable and proactive paralegals to join our work fam.
Your role
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of cases and key deadlines.
- Assist with drafting, correspondence, document preparation and case administration.
- Work directly with solicitors to support case preparation and progression.
- Support client relations and help ensure matters are handled efficiently and professionally.
What makes you a good fit
You are organised, meticulous, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities. You communicate clearly, use Microsoft Office competently, exercise care with confidential information and sensitive clients and take pride in reliable, high-quality work. Relevant paralegal or litigation experience is an advantage.

Other Information
- Positions available from end 2026 to 1st quarter 2027
- Expected base salary range (excluding bonuses) for Lawyers 0-3 years’ PQE: $6,000 to $10,000/mth
- Expected base salary range (excluding bonuses) for Lawyers 4 years PQE & above shall be commensurate with performance
