Description

We are a boutique firm focusing on divorce, probate, and estate disputes, with a strong emphasis on China–Singapore cross-border family matters.

We are looking for a Senior Associate with at least 2 years’ PQE in family law or commercial litigation. The role offers exposure to complex, high-net-worth disputes involving foreign assets, trusts, and multi-jurisdictional issues.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years’ PQE in family law or civil/commercial litigation

  • Strong drafting and advocacy skills

  • Interest in cross-border private client work

  • Mandarin proficiency or experience with Chinese clients is a plus
