We are an established Singapore law firm seeking a Corporate & Commercial Partner to grow our suite of services. We invite applications from experienced lawyers who are keen to join as a Partner under a fee-share arrangement.

What we’re looking for:

• Singapore-Qualified lawyer with 8+ years PQE in corporate and commercial work
• Strong track record in both corporate transactions and commercial contracts
• Ability to originate and manage client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to develop client relationships
• Strong client development skills and established network of clients with varied profiles.
