Litigation Paralegal – Advance Law LLC

Advance Law LLC is seeking a motivated Litigation Paralegal to support our lawyers in managing a wide range of litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in civil, commercial, criminal and family litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents, prepare court bundles and file documents via eLitigation.
• Conduct legal research and manage case files.
• Liaise with clients, courts, government agencies and other stakeholders.
• Assist with trial preparation, document production and administrative support.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies or a related discipline.
• Litigation experience in a Singapore law firm is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in litigation are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with Singapore litigation procedures and eLitigation is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills.
