Associate – Intellectual Property & Commercial Law

Ready to build a sharper, more hands-on legal career? We are a boutique law firm specialising in intellectual property and commercial law, with a focus on IP prosecution, high-tech transactions, cross-border IP protection and disputes. We are looking for an Associate with at least two years’ PQE in IP and commercial transactions. You will work directly with partners, gain meaningful ownership of matters and build experience across trademark prosecution, IP advisory work, transactions, licensing and disputes.

What you’ll bring

• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills;

• Experience preparing and reviewing documents for IP filing, prosecution, litigation and licensing;

• The ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with precision;

• Confidence working independently while collaborating closely with a small team;

• Availability to work full-time on-site.
