Legal Associate / Litigation Secretaries / Conveyancing Secretaries

Description

We are inviting candidates to apply for the following roles:

1) Legal Associate (Conveyancing / Litigation)

• 1 to 3 years of PQE preferred.
• Advise and represent clients in a wide range of conveyancing / litigation matters.
• Qualified solicitors with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.

2) Litigation Secretaries

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling full set of Motor Accident matters.
• Familiarity with e-Litigation and court procedures.
• Able to manage and maintain case files and documentation.
• Independent, responsible, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

3) Conveyancing Secretaries 

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience handling HDB / BUC transactions.
• Able to liaise with banks, the CPF Board, solicitors, and clients on various conveyancing matters.
• Strong communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Meticulous, well-organised, and detail-oriented.
