Experienced / Junior Conveyancing Lawyers

Description

Apex Law LLC is looking for motivated and dynamic Singapore-qualified lawyers to join its Conveyancing Practice.

The role involves handling a full range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters; preparing and reviewing sale and purchase agreements, options to purchase, loan and security documents, and related legal instruments; liaising with clients, financial institutions, HDB and relevant authorities; managing a portfolio of files; conducting legal research; maintaining accurate records; and ensuring compliance with legislation, professional obligations, and practice guidelines.

Requirements:

• Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, or eligible for admission.
• Strong attention to details.
• Strong drafting, communication, organisational and client-management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team.

Relevant conveyancing experience is preferred. Newly qualified lawyers with strong aptitude and interest may apply. Extensive training and mentorship are provided.
