Associate / Senior Associate – Family Law / Syariah Practice

Responsibilities

• Manage Family Law and/or Syariah matters independently.

• Advise and represent clients in divorce, custody, maintenance and matrimonial disputes.

• Prepare legal documents, pleadings and court submissions.

• Attend court hearings, mediations and client meetings.

• Manage client relationships, case deadlines and contribute to business development.

Requirements

• Recognised law degree and admission to the Singapore Bar with a valid practising certificate.

• Relevant experience in Family Law and/or Syariah Practice.

• Strong drafting, advocacy, negotiation and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.

Senior Associate: Ability to handle complex cases, supervise junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth.
