Fervent Chambers LLC is expanding its disputes practice and welcomes confidential expressions of interest from ambitious and entrepreneurial lawyers who wish to build and grow with the firm.

Our practice encompasses complex Singapore litigation, international arbitration, restructuring and insolvency, asset recovery, shareholder and fiduciary disputes, infrastructure and construction disputes, and high-value matrimonial proceedings.

Our recent and ongoing mandates include:

• international arbitrations involving amounts exceeding S$100 million;
• Singapore court proceedings arising from a US$235 million international arbitration and related cross-border disputes reportedly exceeding US$1.2 billion;
• major restructuring and insolvency matters involving reported liabilities exceeding S$300 million;
• proceedings concerning the recognition, registration and enforcement of international arbitral awards;
• substantial infrastructure, engineering and construction disputes involving projects across Asia;
• recovery actions and disputes involving liquidators, companies, shareholders and directors; and
• high-value matrimonial disputes involving complex corporate structures, international assets and matrimonial estates worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

We are seeking Directors, Associate Directors and Counsel who either have an established practice and are looking for a platform from which to grow it further, or are strong practitioners who want the opportunity to develop a practice of their own.
