We are currently seeking to employ motivated, dynamic and diligent young lawyers to join our Corporate, Commercial and Technology department.

Role requirements

• Qualified lawyer with up to 7 years post qualification experience in Singapore, preferable in advising and drafting agreements for investments, joint ventures, M&A and other corporate and commercial transactions.
• Candidates must have good academic record, good drafting and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development.
