Associate – Dispute / Insolvency Litigation

Description

We’re looking for Singapore qualified lawyers with up to 2 years PQE to join our Disputes, Restructuring & Insolvency department:

- Liaising with clients on legal manners
- Draft legal documents
- Conduct legal research
- Assist with case preparation including opening and closing subs  for hearings/trials
- Good drafting, communication, research and advocacy skills
- A good team player capable of working independently as well
- Highly motivated, with a positive attitude, responsibility, commercial acumen and outstanding time management skills.
