Roles & Responsibilities

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate / Legal Executive to join our law firm here in Singapore. The role will primarily focus on Private Client matters, with opportunities to gain exposure to Corporate & Commercial laws and Funds matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and other materials primarily in relation to Private Client matters.
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal summaries, file notes, and advice, with a primary focus on Private Client and related matters.
• Liaising with clients, trustees, bankers, and external parties as appropriate.
• Assisting with matter management, filings, and other administrative and regulatory requirements.
• Providing legal support and advisory work in Private Client matters, including family offices, trusts, estates, succession planning, and related structures.
• Assisting with Corporate & Commercial matters where required; experience or interest in Corporate & Commercial law will be considered an advantage.
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable professional and regulatory standards.

About You

• Diploma/Degree in Law or related discipline
• 0–5 years’ relevant experience in private client, corporate & commercial law and funds matters will be ideal
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and organisational ability
• Willingness to learn and develop within a specialist practice
