Description

We are a well-established medium-sized law firm seeking a motivated and responsible Junior/Senior Conveyancing Secretary to join our Conveyancing Department.

Key Responsibilities
Assist lawyers in handling conveyancing matters;
Prepare legal documents, correspondence and completion documents;
Liaise with clients, banks, law firms, CPF Board and relevant authorities;
Manage conveyancing files and ensure matters are progressed efficiently;
Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team.

Fresh polytechnic graduates and candidates who are interested in pursuing a career in the legal profession are encouraged to apply.
