Description

We are a Law Corporation in Raffles Place and invite applications for a Legal Secretary to support our growing funds practice.

 

Applicants should have experience working in a law firm, a good command of English, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and document comparison software, and strong organisational skills.

 

The role includes document production, transaction support and regulatory filings, and training will be provided. Experience in corporate, financial services or finance-related matters will be an advantage.
