The Opportunity:

We are looking for a 2 to 6 years PQE lawyer with a strong interest or foundation in the M&A and Capital Markets practice area to join our Corporate practice.

You’ll get to:

• Work on listed company takeovers, schemes of arrangement, large asset acquisitions, private M&A and capital markets transactions including IPOs and secondary fundraisings on SGX
• Interface with clients ranging from institutional investors and private equity sponsors to listed companies, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals
• Collaborate with lawyers across practice groups
• Be mentored by practitioners who do the work themselves
