M&A / Banking & Finance Associate

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a 1 – 4 year PQE lawyer with a strong interest or foundation in the M&A and/or banking and finance practice area to join our Corporate practice.
You’ll get to:
- Advise on sophisticated M&A transactions — from share acquisitions and mergers to joint ventures and cross-border restructurings
- Work on financing mandates spanning syndicated secured senior and mezzanine loans, acquisition finance, project finance, and general lending
- Interface with clients ranging from institutional investors and private equity sponsors to listed companies, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals
- Collaborate with lawyers across practice groups
- Be mentored by practitioners who do the work themselves
