Practice Training Contract

We are a boutique corporate law practice advising predominantly on corporate actions for companies listed on the Mainboard or Catalist Board of the SGX-ST, such as secondary fund raisings, securities issues, investments, acquisitions and disposals. We were recently ranked in Legal500 for our capital markets practice. We also regularly advise fund managers and family offices on matters relating to the offering of securities and licensing for the structuring and managing of funds in Singapore, as well as advising start-ups, funds and investments.

We are inviting fresh associates and/or trainees who are looking to undertake their Relevant Legal Training and/or Practice Training in 2025/2026 to join us. The selected candidate will have opportunities to work closely with our directors and associates in capital markets, securities, mergers and acquisitions, private equity funds, corporate governance and compliance advisory work.
