Angeline Suparto Law Corporation (ASLC) is a boutique Singapore-based law firm, specializing in corporate and commercial law, with a strong focus on cross-border transactions involving Indonesia.

We are inviting applications from motivated and meticulous individuals holding a recognized law degree. The successful candidate will work directly with our Managing Director, who brings over 43 years of legal experience and provides personal, hands-on training and mentorship.

Job Scope
• Assisting in a wide range of cross-border corporate transactions (Singapore - Indonesia), Singapore law-governed corporate transactions, and cross-border commercial dispute resolution matters.
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal advice related to clients' matters.
• Providing ad-hoc assistance with corporate secretarial work and other miscellaneous matters.

Flexible Start Date: Trainees may commence in 2025 or 2026
