General Information about the Training Contract

JurisAsia LLC is an independent Singapore law firm exclusively associated with Gowling WLG. Through our association with Gowling WLG, we have more than 1,500 legal professionals working around the world. The offices span across 19 cities in Canada, the UK, Continental Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

We are inviting applicants to join us as a Practice Trainee.

Role

To assist on a wide range of corporate related work including but not limited to M&A transactions, financing transactions, employment law, private client and general corporate matters. There will be opportunities to undertake a spectrum of high quality international corporate work with multinational companies and high net-worth individuals and families.

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • energetic self-starters
  • team-spirited
  • technically excellent
  • commercial with an ability to think on their feet and exercise sound judgement
  • able to develop relationships with colleagues, clients and their peers internationally
