ROLE: Associate / Senior Associate (Family Law & Civil Practice)

PQE Requirement: 3 to 8 years

Salem Ibrahim LLC invites applications from Singapore-qualified legal professionals to join our firm as a Family and Civil Practice Lawyer.

We are looking for a candidate with a background in family law, as well as commercial and civil litigation.

Job Scope:

1. Family Law: Handle contentious matrimonial matters, including divorce proceedings, custody and access disputes, and division of matrimonial assets.
2. Civil and Commercial Litigation: Handle a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, including matters arising from commercial transactions.

Requirements:

1. Attend case conferences, mediations, and hearings at the Family Justice Courts and State/Supreme Courts.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and strategic legal advice at all stages of the matter. 
3. Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
4. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
5. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently.
