Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Paralegal / Legal Executive to support our corporate practice group.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist lawyers in handling a range of corporate matters including company incorporations, secretarial matters, and corporate restructuring
  • Prepare and review corporate documents, resolutions, agreements and correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and prepare research memoranda
  • Liaise with clients, ACRA, and other relevant authorities
  • Manage and maintain corporate files and documentation
  • Provide general legal support to the corporate team as required

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Law from a recognised university (essential)
  • Prior paralegal or legal experience in a corporate setting will be an advantage
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • A proactive team player with a positive working attitude

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Good communication and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
